The award-winning steakhouse is also implementing a happy hour into its schedule, available Monday through Friday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. During this time, all dishes will be served for $6. A selection of beer will be available for $3.50 and wines by the glass will be $5.
Zinfandel sampling at 21 Oceanfront
21 Oceanfront, known for fresh seafood and prime steaks, is celebrating its award-winning wine list by holding a “wine tasting series.”
Located in Newport Beach, the restaurant will host the event once a month on Wednesdays.
The series began May 21 with a theme of European Wines.
At the next wine tasting, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. June 18, the public will have the opportunity to try California Zinfandels. Along with wine, 21 Oceanfront will serve different foods.
“Guests will have a nice sampling of six or seven different items that the chef selects,” said Nicole Hay, director of marketing and events.
Tickets, which are limited, are $60 per person after tax and gratuity.
“The event is not too formal,” Hay said. “It is more on the lighter side, so people will be walking around and mingling.”
