An English tea-style menu will feature blueberry muffins, currant scones with lemon curd, raspberry preserves, crème fraîche and bitter orange and lime marmalade.

For the lunch entree, there will be roast beef and egg salad sandwiches on French bread. Also available will be cucumber and watercress sandwiches with Swedish limpa, and a smoked chicken salad on a toasted crumpet.

To appease the children, and some of the adults, sweets will include English shortbread, palmiers and meringues, chocolate-dipped strawberries and petit fours.

There will be various teas that are sure to meet the pleasures of the palate with unique blends following the theme.

The tea is $55 per person, including champagne for the mothers.
