Shaw named general manager at Landmark

The Landmark steakhouse recently announced the hiring of new General Manager Brian Shaw.

“I’m thrilled to have this great opportunity,” Shaw said. “I had the pleasure of running a few fantastic places, including well-known franchises, but none compare with Landmark and its genuine and neighborly appeal.”

Shaw certainly has the credentials to take over at the Corona del Mar steakhouse: He opened the House of Blues in Hollywood, the Hard Rock Café in Orlando, BB King’s in Los Angeles and the Fox Sports Grill in Irvine.

“We are pleased to have someone with Brian’s background,” said Landmark owner Mario Marovic. “He is a welcome addition to our executive team.”
