Allview Terrace: A purse valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block at 8:53 a.m. Saturday.

Cedar Way: A mower and gardening tools were reported stolen from a gardener in the 200 block at 3:41 p.m. Saturday.

Circle Way: A sick seal was reported near a staircase in the 1300 block of the beach at 7:49 p.m. Monday.

Cliff Drive: A dead sea lion was reported in the 1200 block of the beach at 9:55 a.m. Tuesday.

Cypress Drive: Credit card fraud totaling $1,000 was reported in the 500 block at 1:55 p.m. Sunday.

Lower Cliff Drive: Credit card fraud totaling $2,500 was reported in the 200 block at 9:03 a.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A Lake Forest man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1400 block at midnight Thursday.

North Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after speeding and driving erratically at Emerald Bay at 9:25 p.m. Friday.

North Coast Highway: A sea gull with a hook in its beak was reported in the 100 block of the beach at 10:54 a.m. Monday.

Cozumel Court: A woman accused her neighbor of stealing her cat in the 100 block at about 7:34 p.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: An Irvine woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1900 block at 1:23 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: Copper lights were reported stolen from the rear exit of the Irvine Bowl in the 600 block at 11:28 a.m. Monday.

Broadway: An Illinois man was issued a citation for drug possession in the 200 block at 7:40 p.m. Monday.

El Paseo: Four persons were rescued from heavy surf in the 300 block of the beach at 1:58 p.m. Wednesday.

Forest Avenue: An Oregon man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Glenneyre Street at 1:29 a.m. Wednesday.

Forest Avenue: Hanging plants worth $80 were reported stolen from a gallery in the 300 block at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday.

Ocean Avenue: A suitcase with clothing was reported stolen from a vehicle whose rear window was smashed in the 400 block at 10:51 a.m. Sunday.

Pacific Avenue: A scooter was reported stolen in the 1300 block at 7:25 a.m. Saturday.

Park Avenue: An aluminum bench was reported stolen and then returned at a school in the 2100 block at 8:09 p.m. Thursday.

Park Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block at 1:09 a.m. Friday.

Park Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block at 6:19 a.m. Saturday.

Skyline Drive: A dead deer was reported caught in a fence in the 1300 block at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

South Coast Highway: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the driveway of a hotel in the 400 block at 12:04 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A man from Ireland was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 100 block at 5:22 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Cypress resident was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway at 1:14 a.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A mermaid and turtle sculpture valued at $2,250 was reported stolen form a gallery in the 500 block at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday.

Thalia Street: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday.

Thalia Street: A San Juan Capistrano man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism after allegedly damaging vehicles at a car sales business on South Coast Highway at 1:13 a.m. Friday.

Alta Laguna Park: An ambulance was called to rescue a woman who was possibly dehydrated in the 3000 block of the park at 3:31 p.m. Saturday.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A Santa Ana man was issued a citation for camping at South Coast Highway at 12:52 p.m. Saturday.

Brooks Street: Paramedics were called to treat a head injury at South Coast Highway at 1:48 a.m. Friday.

Glenneyre Street: A San Rafael woman was arrested on suspicion of battery and vandalism at Ruby Street at 12:22 a.m. Saturday.

Nyes Place: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway at 12:18 a.m. Saturday.

Oak Street beach: A male surfer in his 20s was transported to a local hospital his surfboard hit his face in the 100 block at 12:05 p.m. Monday.

Solana Way: A vehicle rolled into a house in the 2700 block at 9:13 a.m. Wednesday.

South Coast Highway: A Capistrano Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after weaving on the road at Cress Street at 9:17 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after being found walking in the middle of the street in the 1500 block at 2:18 p.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: A Dana Point woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Montage Resort Drive at 12:31 a.m. Friday.

Coast Highway: An Oregon man was issued a citation for having an open container of alcohol in the 31000 block at 10:54 p.m. Saturday.

Coast Highway: Baby seals were reported beached and taken into custody in the 30000 block at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday.

La Costa Court: A woman accused a man of coming into her house and pushing her down, causing her to fracture her foot, at 3:15 p.m. Sunday.

Monterey Street: A Lake Forest man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after traffic stop at West Street at 9:32 a.m. Wednesday.
