PUP Laguna Beach awarded <a href=”http://Petfinder.com”>Petfinder.com</a> Foundation Grant

PRC, Inc., the non-profit fundraising corporation, benefitting the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter now operates under the name Protecting Unwanted Pets, or PUP Laguna Beach, to better identify our mission and the community we serve. For more than 25 years, PUP has been dedicated to bridging the gap between city funding and the special needs of our animals at the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter.

PUP is also pleased to announce that it is a recipient of the Petfinder.com Foundation Emergency Preparedness Grant. The animal shelter’s location in the canyon brings both the natural beauty of our surroundings as well as the inherent dangers of flood, fire and high winds. The Petfinder.com Foundation Emergency Preparedness Grant will help support PUP and the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter in providing the best care and welfare for our animals during a crisis situation.
