PET OF THE WEEK

Luckily for this kitten group, Jan Chase came forward to foster these kittens after a woman living with her boyfriend was told to leave, or get rid of the cats after her boyfriend was given a three-day notice, or was to pay a $500 deposit and $30 a month for each animal.

Most are unaware that kittens get pregnant before six months, and people receiving free kittens don’t know that one cat can have three litters of kittens a year and can become pregnant while nursing.

Visit us from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at our Fashion Island adoption weekend event sponsored by Russo’s Pet Experience.
