Itching to vote in this year’s hotly contested elections? Residents don’t have to wait much longer to vote early.

Starting Oct. 20, early voting will be offered at Huntington Beach City Hall, 2000 Main St. The polling place will be in room B-7 on the lower level.

Any Orange County registered voter can vote early from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 20-24, as well as Oct. 27 and 28. These hours are different from Election Day, when polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Oct. 20 is also the last day to register to vote. To register by then, go to the City Clerk’s Office on the second floor of City Hall, any Huntington Beach post office, any Huntington beach library, or the Rodgers Senior Center. Forms are also available at www.ocvote.com.
