Harbor Boulevard: A theft was reported in the 2300 block at 4:20 p.m. Thursday.

Harbor Boulevard: A commercial burglary was reported in the 2700 block at 5:18 p.m. Thursday.

West 19th Street: A burglary was reported in the 500 block at 8:32 p.m. Thursday.
