Snell & Wilmer Hires New Associate Bobbie Eftekar

COSTA MESA, Calif. (Dec. 3, 2008) — Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. is proud to announce that Bobbie Eftekar has joined the law firm as an associate specializing in product liability litigation.

Eftekar joins the firm with industry experience in business and general litigation, with a specialized practice focus on intellectual property litigation including trademark, trade secret, patent and copyright litigation. She previously served as an associate attorney at two reputable litigation firms in Silicon Valley.

Eftekar is a member of the State Bar of California and has been admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Pre-medicine with a specialization in Biology at Texas A&M; University. She earned her juris doctorate with cum laude honors from Santa Clara University School of Law in California.
