FRESNO — The No. 4-ranked Lions remained undefeated in the Golden State Athletic Conference after their win Thursday night.

Vanguard (11-2, 4-0 in conference) finished the game with a 15-0 run.

The Lions will play at San Diego Christian Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.

IRVINE — Guard Rebecca Maessen finished with 17 points for the Anteasters in a Big West Conference game Thursday night.

Guard Mary Has contributed 14 points and seven rebounds for UCI (3-12, 0-2 in conference).

Kirian Ishizaki grabbed a team-high eight rebounds, while Kim Barnes had a season-high five points.

For the game, the Anteaters shot 26% from the field (13 for 50).

Lauren Pedersen led UC Santa Barbara (7-6, 3-0) with 13 points.

The Anteaters will play host to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Saturday at 4 p.m.
