Area 1

Crescent Bay: A seal in distress was reported in the 200 block of the beach, but was considered too large and aggressive to be assisted, at 12:31 p.m. Saturday.

North Coast Highway: A Minnesota woman was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at a market in the 600 block at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday.

North Coast Highway: A person was treated for a sting ray bite in the 100 block at 2:53 p.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: The tailgate was reported stolen from a Toyota Tacoma in the 20000 block at 3:47 p.m. Saturday.

Cleo Street: A Colorado man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 100 block at 2:29 a.m. Sunday.

Forest Avenue: A citation for public intoxication was issued at South Coast Highway at 12:28 p.m. Thursday.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 700 block at 9:52 p.m. Friday.

Temple Hills Drive: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drug involvement after a traffic stop in the 900 block at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday.

Area 4

Glenneyre Street: Tools and electronics were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1900 block at 9:38 a.m. Monday.

Morningside Drive: Two stray goats were reported at Bluebird Canyon Road at 1:54 p.m. Saturday.

Moss Street: A Coto de Caza man was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway at 1:32 a.m. Friday.

Nyes Place: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after reportedly staggering and urinating on the street in the 100 block at 7:27 p.m. Monday.

Oriole Drive: One man was cited on a drug charge after four male juveniles were reported drinking in a vehicle at Flamingo Road at 5:49 p.m. Monday.

Solana Way: An iPod and a bottle of vodka were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2700 block at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Terry Road: Two vases and an antique music box were reported stolen from a home in the 2000 block at 5:49 p.m. Monday.

Victoria Place: A Tustin man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 200 block at 2:26 p.m. Sunday.

Coast Highway: Electrical wiring valued at $300 was reported stolen from a construction site in the 31000 block at 11:35 a.m. Thursday.

Coast Highway: A Laguna Niguel man was issued a citation for drug involvement at Aliso Beach in the 31000 block at 1:16 a.m. Friday.
