CORONA DEL MAR — Senior Heather Van Hiel scored with 1:10 left in the first sudden-death overtime period to lead the Sea Kings (26-1) to the nonleague win Friday.

Senior Elise Molnar scored her third goal with 22 seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime. In the second overtime period, senior Victoria Kennedy notched her third goal to tie the game, 8-8, with 2:26 left. Junior Margot Money had four assists, including two on the Sea Kings’ final goals.

Senior goalie Kate Baldoni recorded 19 saves for CdM, ranked No. 1 in CIF Southern Section Division I.

NEWPORT BEACH — Senior Mia Butera and junior Kaleigh Gilchrist scored three goals each for the Sailors in their regular-season finale.

Sophomore Kailyn Obenauer contributed two goals, three steals and an assist for Newport Harbor (21-6), ranked No. 3 in CIF Southern Section Division I.

The CIF playoff pairings will be released Monday.
