WHAT: The Orange County Chapter of the American Red Cross will host its annual Super CPR Day, one of the nation’s largest CPR training events. More than 2,000 participants of all ages will go through accelerated three-hour CPR and first aid training courses that would normally take eight hours to complete and become certified. Participants also will receive a non-certification Automated External Defibrillator (AED) orientation during their CPR training.

Available for the first time this year, participants can participate in a pet first aid demonstration using dog and cat manikins. More than 30 exhibitor displays will be on-site to offer safety-related products including emergency preparedness and first aid kits, skills cards and books.
