ClimbX to hold annual rock climbing event

ClimbX Indoor Rock Climbing, 18411 Gothard St., will hold its 10th annual rock climbing event in conjunction with USA Climbing from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The center holds two competitions each year for climbers interested in competing at the local, regional, divisional, national, and international levels. ClimbX has had climbers compete at the national level for the past 10 years, with a climber being selected to the U.S. team twice that competed internationally.

Team ClimbX practices twice each week, and accepts anybody interested in learning about and wanting to train for rock climbing.
