Area 1

Circle Way: A dead sea lion was reported at Crescent Bay north at 10:58 a.m. Saturday.

Cliff Drive: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block of Heisler Park at 9:07 a.m. Wednesday.

North Coast Highway: A Laguna Niguel man was issued a citation for drug possession after a traffic stop in the 400 block at 4:03 p.m. Saturday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A four-vehicle collision was reported, with one person complaining of head pain, at El Toro Road at 5:33 p.m. Thursday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A fire in a fuse box was reported at a frozen food factory in the 2900 block at 7:45 p.m. Friday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A man was issued a citation for battery after allegedly spitting on, bumping and verbally threatening someone in the 2000 block at 3:10 p.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A two-vehicle collision with no injuries was reported in the 3000 block at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: An Aliso Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 2000 block at 8:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A 21-year-old man was taken to Mission Hospital with injuries after a motorcyclist in a group of six collided with a vehicle at the El Toro Road intersection at 8:49 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 3

Broadway: A homeless man was issued a citation for illegal lodging in the 300 block at 1:38 a.m. Thursday.

El Camino Del Mar Drive: A person went down on a moped and complained of wrist pain but did not require treatment in the 400 block at 7:12 p.m. Tuesday.

Forest Avenue: A homeless man was issued a citation for illegal lodging at a shopping center in the 300 block at 6:31 a.m. Thursday.

Glenneyre Street: A Hermosa Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 800 block at 7:58 p.m. Wednesday.

Manzanita Drive: A man reported his vehicle was struck by a large vehicle whose driver did not stop in the 800 block at 10:17 a.m. Friday.

Ocean Avenue: A sign was reported vandalized at an eyewear business in the 200 block at 1:37 p.m. Wednesday.

Ocean Avenue: A homeless man was issued a citation for DUI on a bicycle after crashing into someone in the 200 block at 5:01 p.m. Monday.

Park Avenue: A sexual battery was reported at a school in the 2100 block at 12:26 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: A man accused another man of slapping him in the face in the 100 block at 3:09 p.m. Thursday.

South Coast Highway: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and vandalism in the 500 block at 7:55 a.m. Saturday.

Temple Hills Drive: Mail was reported stolen from a mailbox in the 500 block at 5:03 p.m. Thursday.

Area 4

Agate Street: A homeless man was issued a citation for public intoxication at South Coast Highway at 9:11 a.m. Monday.

Brooks Street: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in he 100 block at 12:15 a.m. Saturday.

Calliope Street: A Carlsbad man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway at 1:49 a.m. Friday.

Cress Street: A semi truck hit a house and left the scene in the 100 block at 12:38 p.m. Friday.

Glenneyre Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 800 block at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday.

Rancho Laguna Road: A man was taken to the hospital with injuries after crashing his vehicle into a tree at Morningside Drive at 9:52 p.m. Friday.

Area 5

Alta Loma Drive: A fraudulent debit card charge of $1,177.49 was reported in the 31000 block at 11:25 a.m. Monday.

Bay Drive: $2,700 worth of items including a radar detector, an iPod, a $20 bill and two silver bars were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 0 block at 12:19 p.m. Friday.

South Vista de la Luna: An attempted break-in through a bathroom window was reported in the 0 block at 11:25 a.m. Monday.
