Costa Mesa firm helps real estate owners improve cash flow

Retired professional baseball player Patrick Antrim, Jr., is hitting another homerun for Southern California real estate owners with his new venture, PEAK Real Estate Management Group.

PEAK specializes in improving cash flow, customer retention and enhancing efficiencies for all classes of real estate owners. Already, PEAK, which is located in Costa Mesa, has formed a strategic alliance with a renowned San Diego multifamily owner for property management services at 90 apartment communities totaling more than 3,000 units.

“These are unprecedented economic times,” said Antrim, PEAK’s President and CEO, and retired shortstop in the New York Yankees organization. “Owners must be as vigilant as ever if they hope to achieve positive results in these difficult operating conditions. More tenants are delinquent, utility costs are rising, credit is compressed, and cap rates are headed in the wrong direction. That’s where we come in, and deliver industry-leading best practices to improve operational and financial performance.”

Antrim honed his real estate skills first as an understudy of Orange County real estate legend George Argryos, and later as Senior Vice President, Asset Management for CORE Realty Holdings, where he managed more than $1.1 billion in assets.

Says Thomas Hoban, founder of Hoban Property Management Company, owner of the San Diego portfolio: “Antrim and his team bring a wealth of experience and expertise in new technology, service delivery and all facets of property management, enabling us to enhance cash flow, retain tenants and contain costs – vital initiatives during these challenging times.”

Based in Costa Mesa, Calif., PEAK Real Estate Management Group is a privately owned property management and development company servicing multifamily, office, industrial and retail clients. For more, please visit www.peakrmg.com.
