COSTA MESA — Senior Ryan Knapp shot two-under-par 33 to lead the host Eagles in the Orange Coast League match Monday at the Costa Mesa Golf & Country Club’s Mesa Linda course.

Knapp earned medalist honors to help the Eagles remain in command of the league standings and improve to 13-3, 10-0 in league.

Senior Storm Hagen shot 35, while Jake Knapp (37), Ryan Burns (41) and Jordan Young (42) rounded out the scoring for the winners.

CYPRESS — Senior outside hitter Bayle Smith had 19 kills to propel the Lightning to a 25-12, 25-15, 25-23 sweep in the Academy League road match Monday.

Freshman Chris Zadra added five kills for Sage Hill (10-11, 3-2 in league).

The Lightning are at home today, battling league rival Whitney at 5 p.m.

CORONA DEL MAR — Senior captain Adriane Knezovic scored three goals to lead the host Sea Kings in the nonleague contest Monday.

Hillary Bush, Madison McHam and Rylie Nese contributed two goals apiece for the Sea Kings, who improved to 11-4.

Corona del Mar returns to Pacific Coast League play Wednesday with a 3:15 p.m. home clash with Beckman.
