Store is taking donations for Vitamin Angels

During May, the Vitamin Shoppe in Huntington Beach, 7672 Edinger Ave., will accept cash donations on behalf of Vitamin Angels, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vital nutrition in the form of supplements to developing countries, communities and individuals in need.

Customers can donate $1 or more to the campaign and sign a Vitamin Angels paper angel to hang in the store.

For a $5 donation, patrons will receive a reusable bag with the Vitamin Angels logo; their donation will benefit more than 125 children.
