Marcucci(Heather), Lisa Marcucci Fritsch(Jean), great-grandchildren Cameron

Dolores was a war bride from her beloved home state of Michigan where she

played trumpet in The Salvation Army band as a youth. She and husband Ray were

inseparable, migrating to California in 1953, eventually settling in Newport

Beach. Dolores had a laughing, fun-filled personality. Very patriotic, she

adorned their home with red, white and blue, could sing all the words to any

song and was never without a camera. She loved people, especially children,

dangly earrings and red lipstick, holidays, her player piano, animals, flowers,

newspapers and crossword puzzles, Las Vegas, chocolate ice cream, baseball,

Olympics, game shows, driving and singing on their

frequent road trips across

the US, far up the coast on Highway 1 and wherever their children were. Her

spunk and lively spirit will be missed by all.
