Marvin Neben

83, a long-time resident of Corona Del Mar, died May 5,

2009 at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach. He is survived

by his wife of 61 years, Shirley; son Bruce (Susan) of

Portland, Or.; daughters Sharon Neben-Fogg (Richard)

of San Diego; Terry Neben (Phil Simon) of Lafayette,

grandchildren Sarah and Ben Simon, Abraham and

Amy Neben, Hannah and Aaron Fogg; brother Michael

(Myra) of Irvine and sister Mildred Brown ( James) of St.

Petersburg, Fla.

Marvin was a founding partner in the Neben and Starrett

Law firm with offices first in Anaheim and later in

Newport Beach.

Services will be held at noon, Friday, Feb. 8 at Pacific

View Memorial Park, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona

Del Mar, 92659.
