St. Andrew’s to hold rummage sale
Submitted by Gayle Haskell
St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Rummage Sale will be held May 14, 15, 16 this year. Started over 40 years ago by the Women’s fellowship it has grown into the biggest and best of rummage sales. From the Silent Auction with antiques, art and glassware to bicycles, clothes, and furniture the sale has something for everyone. With over 6000 square feet it is an amazing sight for a first timer.
In the last few years the sale has generated well over a hundred thousand dollars that are all donated to charities such as Royal family kids camp, Teen Challenge, Shalimar Learning center, Fish and SOS.
Come check it out, buy a treasure and have your money go to a worthy cause
If you are a serious Antique shopper or bargain shopper you may want to come Thursday, May 14, from 3pm -8pm and pay a $3.00 donation. Other hours are Friday, 9am -7pm and Saturday 8am -11am (half price day)
