Olivia Rybus, a third grader at Carden Hall, will be taking the final stage for this year’s “Inland Idol” competition for Southern California’s “up & coming” vocal talent at the 1,250-seat La Mirada Performing Arts Center on May 31st, 6;30pm.

This second annual Inland Idol wrap-up will feature the top 10 finalists out of hundreds of entries for each age group 7-10, 11-14, and 15-18. Modeled after American Idol, contestants will perform in front of a live, voting audience and a panel of celebrity judges, Mark Walberg, Kye Brackett & Patty Cabrera; David Sidoni will host this WBZB Entertainment production which promises entertainment and inspiration for all.

Olivia most recently performed in the March benefit concert, “Jammin’ for Julian” and sang the National Anthem at this year’s “Marshall Arts for Christ” event at the Calvary Chapel. She recently completed a 12-track Broadway, pop & country CD for family & friends.
