Assistance League of Newport-Mesa Assisteen’s recently held their recognition luncheon in lieu of a Debutante Ball. Held at the Balboa Bay Club, eighteen high school seniors were recognized for four years of service to the community. Two Assisteens with 100 hours of service (Erica Wheeler and Anna Palchikoff) received special recognition. Assisteens were also featured in a Fashion Show by Lola Rouge at the event.

As members of the Assisteens auxiliary of Assistance League of Newport-Mesa, each of these young women contributed hundreds of hours to the League’s approximate 40,000 hours of yearly community service and help to raise over one million dollars towards services to more than 13,000 low income children in the Newport-Mesa communities.
