The arraignment for a Costa Mesa man accused of having sex with two teenage girls he met over the Internet was delayed Friday until July 10.

Richard Alan Chaney, 23, is accused of having a web camera-based sexual relationship with a 14-year-old Texas girl he met through Stickam.com. Prosecutors claim that last summer Chaney met the girl for an early morning rendezvous while she was visiting California with her parents and had sex with her in his car. A year later, authorities were alerted to the incident by her mother, officials said.

Days after the Orange County Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement team was told about Chaney, they searched his home and authorities said they found several homemade videos of him having sex with the teenager and a second girl who was also a minor.

Prosecutors claim Chaney met his second victim, a 17-year-old girl, through MySpace.com and he videotaped himself having sex with her while she was unconscious.

Chaney is charged with several felonies related to having sex with minors and faces up to 14 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
