Police reprimanded for coming out late

A woman called the police when her neighbors held a loud party at 12:55 a.m. Monday at Middlecoff Drive and Clubhouse Lane.

The woman said she was afraid her neighbors would harm her if she asked them to be quiet, because she said they were gang-member types. The woman called the police a second time after she asked her neighbors to stop drinking and smoking marijuana and said they apologized, but some were still smoking in an alley.
