Janie Arnold

Janie Arnold-76.

Janie was born May 16, 1933 in

Rushville, New York and passed

away peacefully at her home in

Costa Mesa, CA on July 21, 2009.

A resident of Newport Beach/

Costa Mesa since 1970, Janie

leaves behind a wide circle of

friends and loved ones. She was

a wonderful mother and an even

better “Gram.” Outside of her

family she loved politics, bridge

with friends, gardening and her peony farm.

Her son Carl Jenson precedes her in death. She will be

deeply missed by her children, Rick John, Brad Jenson,

Stacey Ware and Paige Smith (Kirk) and her three

Grandchildren, Delaney Ware, Madison Smith and Charlie

Smith. She thoroughly enjoyed having her family so close.

Services will be held Monday, July 27, 2009 at 3:00 at St.

Andrews Presbyterian Church, 600 St. Andrews Road,

Newport Beach, CA 92663

In lieu of 9 owers, donations can be sent to The

Environmental Nature Center (ENC), 1601 16th Street,

Newport Beach, CA. 92660.
