Torelli Realty Ranked as the Top Office in Costa Mesa Real Estate Sales

Torelli Realty, an independent real estate company focused almost exclusively on buyers and sellers in Costa Mesa, Calif., ranked first among all real estate offices serving Costa Mesa in three key indicators of realty success over the last 12 months. According to Real Data Strategies Inc.’s recent analysis of multiple listing service (MLS) data, Torelli Realty led offices active in Costa Mesa with the highest number of sales, highest property values and highest average sale price from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.
