The Anaheim Ducks Street Team and their official mascot Wild Wing will be at HomeAid Orange County’s 18th Annual Project Playhouse® on Sunday, Aug. 30 from noon to 6 p.m. in Giant Wheel Court at Irvine Spectrum Center®. Wild Wing and the Ducks Street Team are inviting Anaheim Ducks and Project Playhouse fans to enjoy their inflatable slap shot cage and Ducks Prize Wheel.

In addition, the Project Playhouse Village will be open for tours. For a $5 donation per person (children age 3 and under are free), visitors can enter the magical village and view the interiors through Dutch doors of nine fantasy playhouses and one amazing doghouse. The playhouses will continue to be on display through Saturday, Sept. 12.

Project Playhouse debuted in 1992 and has become HomeAid Orange County’s signature fundraiser. The unique event has raised more than $5 million in the support of the 20 year old non-profit organization’s mission to build and maintain dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives. For 18 years, dedicated homebuilders, trades, architects and designers have donated their talents and resources to create these whimsical playhouses.
