Ricky Quinn Horsemanship Clinic Comes to Southern California for the First Time in 2009

Torelli Realty, a premier independent real estate firm in Costa Mesa, Calif., will be co-sponsoring the first and only Ricky Quinn Horsemanship Clinic in Southern California on the 2009 schedule. Quinn, who travels the United States to teach his Vaquero style of horsemanship and helps create true partnerships with horses, will be providing colt starting and foundation horsemanship classes at the Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center in Huntington Beach Oct. 1-4, marking the 4th annual partnership of Torelli Realty, HCPEC and Ricky Quinn.

The Ricky Quinn Clinic is designed to assist riders of all disciplines at every skill level. This clinic will cover a wide range of riders and levels, from colt starting to groundwork to Horsemanship I.

The Colt Starting Classes: Ricky will work one-on-one with un-started or troubled horses during the four-day Colt Starting clinic Thursday, Oct. 1 through Sunday, Oct. 4 from 9 a.m. to noon. The four-day Colt Starting clinic is $400.

Foundation Horsemanship Classes: Participants will work with their own horses to practice the principles learned in the Colt Starting classes. The four-day Foundation Horsemanship class, Thursday, Oct. 1 through Sunday, Oct. 4, from 1-5 p.m., is designed to meet the diverse needs of the riders, from improving timing and balance to advancing horsemanship with continued refinement. The Horsemanship clinic is $300.

Auditors: Friends, family and equine enthusiasts are encouraged to come and observe the Ricky Quinn Horsemanship classes at no cost.
