‘Fresh-brewed’ stories at OCC

Interested in a change from the routine Friday or Saturday night?

Orange Coast College is offering a coffee break of sorts the next couple weekends with “Fresh Brewed: Tales from the Coffee Bar,” a series of short vignettes written by Henry Meyerson.

The brief performances are funny, clever and at times, insightful, school officials said in a news release.

The production will run Friday through Oct. 11 in the school’s Drama Lab Studio Theatre.

Evening shows are playing the next two Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. Afternoon shows are available the next two Sundays at 2:30 p.m.
