Neighbors clash over feeding birds

A caller reported a dispute with a neighbor that has been going on for more than four months in the 15300 block of Shasta Lane at 11:20 a.m. Monday.

The caller claimed the problem started over her feeding birds in her backyard, causing an increase in bird poop in her neighbor’s fence and pool.

The neighbor spoke with the caller’s husband at the time, and they reached an agreement to only feed the birds twice a week, the caller reported.

The caller reported finding pellets in her backyard over the last several months and, after talking to a different resident, believes the neighbor has been shooting at the birds.
