Republican women invite you to lunch

The New Harbor Republican Women will hold their monthly luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 22.

Star Parker, the founder and president of Coalition on Urban Renewal & Education will be the guest speaker.

Her group is a nonprofit that provides dialogue on public policy and issues to do with race and poverty in inner city neighborhoods.

The luncheon, which will be at the Pacific Club, 4110 McArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach.

It cost $26 a person.

Those wishing to attend must reserve a seat by mailing a check payable to NHRW by Saturday.
