IRVINE — Junior Tanya Taylor directed a shot from the top of the box through the goalkeeper for the game-winner in the first minute of the second overtime of the Big West Conference match Sunday.

UCI sophomore Judy Christopher converted a penalty kick in the 62nd minute to erase a 1-0 deficit.

Sophomore Kala Gabler had two saves in her first career start for the Anteaters (10-5-2, 3-2-1 in conference).

Riverside fell to 5-8-3, 0-5.

UCI is in fourth place with two conference regular-season matches remaining.
