Shoppers, here’s a way to do good and save money at your favorite South Coast Plaza boutiques and restaurants: Purchase an Angelitos Card for $60 — proceeds benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County — and save 20% off your purchases now through Wednesday at participating retailers. Use your card as many times as you’d like during that week at more than 125 shops such as Bottega Veneta, Cristofle, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Tory Burch and many others.

This is the eighth year that South Coast Plaza has teamed up with Angelitos de Oro, a volunteer women’s auxiliary that supports the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County. Big Brothers and Big Sisters matches adult volunteers with boys and girls in need of a mentor and role model. The program provides one-to-one mentors to help strengthen self-esteem, improve academic success and enable the boys and girls to pursue a purposeful future. Since 1961, Angelitos de Oro has donated $3.7 million to Big Brothers and Sisters through its fundraising efforts. To purchase an Angelitos Card, visit angelitosdeoro.org or call (949) 642-9883.
