Area 1

Cliff Drive: A homeless man was issued a citation for drug possession in the 300 block at 10:07 a.m. Saturday.

Cliff Drive: A Foothill Ranch man was issued a citation for drug possession in the 300 block at 8:41 a.m. Nov. 5.

Cliff Drive: A homeless man was issued a citation for drug possession in the 300 block of Heisler Park at 4:10 p.m. Sunday.

Cliff Drive: A homeless woman was arrested on multiple warrants in the 300 block of Heisler Park at 8:55 a.m. Monday.

Area 2

Canyon Acres Road: A package was reported stolen from a front porch of a residence in the 100 block at 9:56 a.m. Nov. 6.

Laguna Canyon Road: A four-vehicle collision resulted in minor damage in the 2100 block at 12:51 p.m. Nov. 5.

Area 3

Forest Avenue: A raccoon was accused of Dumpster diving and then fleeing the scene wearing a mask at City Hall in the 500 block at 3:40 a.m. Nov. 5.

Forest Avenue: A female pedestrian was transported for treatment of an elbow injury after being struck by a vehicle at Beach Street at 3:44 p.m. Nov. 5.

Glenneyre Street: Firefighters were called when smoke was reported at a restaurant, determined to be cooking smoke, in the 300 block at 3:48 p.m. Nov. 5.

Legion Street: A Laguna Hills man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 200 block at 2:08 a.m. Monday.

Park Avenue: A briefcase with a camera, checks and title to a vehicle was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2000 block at 2:46 p.m. Nov. 4.

South Coast Highway: A San Clemente woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being stopped for alleged reckless driving at Legion Street at 112:48 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Fremont man was issued a citation for drug possession in the 100 block of Main Beach at 2:19 a.m. Sunday.

Thalia Street: A forgery was reported at a business in the 200 block at 1:42 p.m. Saturday.

Wendt Terrace: Watches valued at $17,000 were reported stolen in the 800 block at 1009 a.m. Nov. 4.

Area 4

Glenneyre Street: Someone accused a neighbor of hacking into a computer and cell phone in the 1200 block at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 4.

La Mirada Street: Plants valued at $70 were reported stolen from a front yard in the 100 block at 7:32 a.m. Nov. 4.

La Mirada Street: Police were called to retrieve a bucket of baby rattlesnakes in the 1300 block at 1:42 p.m. Nov. 4.

Oak Street: Indiana license plates were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block at 4:22 p.m. Nov. 5.

Rembrandt Drive: A landlord was accused of withholding funds on a $24,000 deposit check returned to a prospective tenant in the 700 block at 5:08 p.m. Nov. 4.

South Coast Highway: A woman accused her boyfriend of stealing her car in the 2000 block at 3:06 a.m. Monday.

Area 5

Coast Highway: A cell phone was reported stolen from a vehicle after the window was smashed at Hinkle Place at 9:43 p.m. Tuesday.

Scenic Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after pulling into his driveway when police were called to check on his welfare in the 200 block at 1:29 p.m. Monday.
