Costa Mesa-based National Charity League, Inc. (NCL) has joined the Confidence Coalition, an alliance established by Kappa Delta Sorority comprising organizations, companies and individuals that promotes confidence and self-esteem in women and girls. NCL also recently received a grant of $50,000 from the sorority to support leadership development programs for its members.

“We are very pleased to publically commit to our organization as a Confidence Builder and to join forces with other corporations and non-profit partners to promote this critical national movement,” said NCL Executive Director Hillary Niblo. “We see this as a perfect fit for NCL, as our purpose is to inspire and empower women of all ages to succeed as confident, well-rounded and socially aware contributors in their communities.”

“The women of Kappa Delta and NCL believe that communities benefit when girls have confidence and are inspired to do great things,” said Melanie Schild, Kappa Delta Executive Director. “We are proud to welcome NCL to the Confidence Coalition and look forward to working with NCL members to impact the lives of girls and women in our country.”
