Holiday boutique supports D.C. trip

St. Joachim Parish School, 1964 Orange Ave., Costa Mesa, will host its annual Holiday Boutique from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday.

More than 30 vendors, including La Tea Da, Pinkside, Mel’s Closet, Susan Zahedi and Couture Relics, will sell gift ideas including clothing, jewelry and housewares at the school’s Nevin Hall.

Organizers bill the boutique as a mall alternative with one-of-a-kind gifts. Homemade tamales also will be sold at the event.

All proceeds will benefit the school’s eighth-grade class trip to Washington, D.C.
