Davis is the first magnet school in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District’s history, and is geared toward math, science and technology.

The on-campus YMCA provides before- and after-school care.

“The children will really benefit from having the computers available to complete assignments, and we are also able to supplement our curriculum and activities with educational games and computer literacy clubs,” said Bernadette Alvarez, the director at the center. “We are grateful to AT&T; for their support.”
