Area 1

Cliff Drive: Two kayaks, valued at $3,000 each, were reported stolen from a boathouse after the lock was broken in the 900 block of Crescent Bay Beach at 1:35 p.m. Jan. 13.

Cypress Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 400 block at 2:44 a.m. Jan. 15.

North Coast Highway: A citation was issued for marijuana possession in the 100 block after a vehicle search at 7:43 a.m. Jan. 14.

North Coast Highway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after being found passed out in a parking lot in the 100 block at 5:48 p.m. Monday.

Panorama Drive: Police were called to rescue people from two homes after a mud flow in the 400 block at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 2

El Toro Road: A Santa Ana resident was arrested on suspicion of DUI after reportedly driving “all over the road” at Laguna Canyon Road at 8:40 p.m. Saturday.

El Toro Road: A motorist was stranded after a vehicle went into a ditch due to flooding at Laguna Canyon Road at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A girl was reportedly attacked on a bus by other children in the 1000 block at 3:06 p.m. Jan. 15.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after reportedly swerving in the road in the 2000 block at 10:45 p.m. Sunday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A five-car pileup with no injuries was reported after a vehicle sideswiped parked vehicles in the 20000 block at 3:57 p.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: Students were evacuated after a bridge overflowed at a school in the 20000 block at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: Flooding was reported at the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter in the 20000 block at 3:04 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 3

Broadway: Three citations were issued to people for disorderly conduct in the 300 block at 3:03 a.m. Tuesday.

Forest Avenue: A Brea man was issued a citation for marijuana possession in the 400 block after a traffic stop at 10:50 a.m. Jan. 15.

Forest Avenue: A Buena Park man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public in the 200 block at 1:01 a.m. Sunday.

Forest Avenue: A homeless man was issued a citation for public intoxication in the 200 block at 8:03 p.m. Monday.

Ocean Avenue: A Huntington Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after clipping a parked vehicle with his motor home in the 200 block at 8:29 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A soda machine was reported broken into, resulting in a loss of $400, at a hotel in the 400 block at 4:56 p.m. Jan. 13.

South Coast Highway: A five-vehicle traffic collision with no injuries was reported in the 400 block at 6:07 p.m. Jan. 13.

South Coast Highway: A homeless woman was issued a citation for public intoxication in the 600 block at 1:32 p.m. Sunday.

Summit Way: A fire and sparking was reported after a tree fell on high-voltage wires in the 1000 block at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 4

Anita Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Glenneyre Street after a traffic stop at 10:08 p.m. Saturday.

Calliope Street: Four kids on skateboards reportedly damaged a garage door in the 400 block at 3:55 a.m. Sunday.

Catalina Street: A vehicle window was reported smashed in the 1000 block at 7:51 a.m. Jan. 15.

Catalina Street: A Santa Cruz man was issued a citation for marijuana possession in the 1400 block at 11:38 p.m. Sunday.

Cleo Street: Police broke up a fight among 20 people at South Coast Highway at 12:20 a.m. Saturday.

Cleo Street: A homeless man was issued a citation for drug possession at Glenneyre Street at 11:41 a.m. Sunday.

Cress Street: A Santa Barbara man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 500 block at 11:10 p.m. Jan. 14.

Ocean Way: Three citations were issued after people were reported being loud at Pearl Street beach at 10:44 p.m. Jan. 15.

Pearl Street: A Corona del Mar man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway at 8:04 p.m. Jan. 14.

Pearl Street: A homeless man was issued a citation for public intoxication in the 200 block at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Highway: A $300 bicycle was reported stolen in the 1300 block at 11:53 p.m. Jan. 13.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1200 block at 1:10 a.m. Jan. 15.

St. Ann’s Drive: A homeless woman was issued a citation for public intoxication in the 100 block at 9:32 p.m. Tuesday.

Sunset Terrace: A three-vehicle collision with one injury and one person requiring extrication from a vehicle was reported at South Coast Highway at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 5

Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after reportedly weaving on the road in the 30000 block at 11:55 p.m. Saturday.

Coast Highway: A Menlo Park woman reported that her social security number was fraudulently used by an employee at a hotel in the 30000 block at 12:29 p.m. Sunday.

Coast Highway: Cars were reported in two feet of water at Seventh Avenue at 2:55 p.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drug possession after reportedly walking in traffic at 10th Avenue at 10:31 p.m. Monday.

Cozumel Court: A gate opener and GPS were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block at 12:10 p.m. Jan. 14.

San Nicholas Court: Four inches of mud was reported in a backyard and 2 inches of mud inside a home in the 600 block at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday.

Vista del Sol: A San Juan Capistrano woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 1:44 a.m. Saturday.
