Area 1

Cliff Drive: A man was reported unconscious with a head injury after a fall at Myrtle Street at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday.

Jasmine Street: A large eucalyptus tree was reported fallen on a house in the 400 block, with no injuries, at 1:52 p.m. Jan. 20.

Jasmine Street: A mailbox was reported broken and mail stolen in the 200 block at 2:03 p.m. Monday.

North Coast Highway: A tree was reported leaning over lanes of traffic in the 100 block at 4:26 p.m. Jan. 20.

North Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being stopped for reckless driving at Irvine Cove Drive at 4:02 p.m. Jan. 22.

North Coast Highway: A Lake Forest man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 200 block at 7:19 p.m. Monday.

North Coast Highway: Money was reported stolen from a home in the 1500 block at 11:16 p.m. Sunday.

Panorama Drive: City workers were called to assist with a mud flow entering a home in the 400 block at 4:52 p.m. Jan. 20.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: Two feet of water was reported flooding a roadway at El Toro Road at 5:17 p.m. Jan. 20.

Laguna Canyon Road: Rocks and mud were reported blocking one lane and partially blocking another lane of the canyon road at Canyon Acres at 6:25 p.m. Jan. 20.

Laguna Canyon Road: Ambulances were called to a two-vehicle collision in the 2000 block at 5:49 p.m. Jan. 22.

Area 3

Alta Laguna Boulevard: A Laguna Beach man was detained due to public intoxication in the 3000 block at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday.

Broadway: A San Diego man was issued a citation for public intoxication after allegedly yelling slurs at passersby in the 300 block at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Catalina Street: A GPS, sunglasses and other items totaling $400 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block at 1:17 a.m. Tuesday.

Cuprien Way: Stereo equipment valued at $28,550 was reported stolen from a garage in the 600 block at 1:11 p.m. Saturday.

El Bosque: A rape was reported at 9:03 p.m. Jan. 21.

Forest Avenue: A man was held on a warrant from another jurisdiction after police were called due to five homeless men playing music and creating a disturbance in the 200 block at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday.

Glenneyre Street: An Arkansas man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 800 block at 2 a.m. Saturday.

Griffith Way: A residence was evacuated due to a kitchen fire in the 600 block at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 21.

Loma Terrace: A large boulder fell down a hillside in the 300 block at 6:08 a.m. Jan. 21.

Loma Terrace: A Costa Mesa woman was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block at 10:33 p.m. Tuesday.

Mystic Way: A boulder was reported in the roadway in the 600 block at 2:52 p.m. Jan. 22.

Park Avenue: A vehicle hood was reported dented and a rearview mirror broken, with damages totaling $200, in the 2000 block at 1:28 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 500 block at 10:47 a.m. Jan. 20.

South Coast Highway: A funnel cloud was reported in the ocean off Main Beach in the 100 block at 11:26 a.m. Jan. 20.

South Coast Highway: Two homeless men were arrested for trespassing in the 500 block at 10:24 p.m. Jan. 21.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was issued a trespassing citation in the 500 block at 4:30 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public after verbally abusing passersby in the 100 block of Main Beach at 12:57 p.m. Saturday.

Area 4

Anita Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after police were called to the 400 block at 1:20 a.m. Sunday.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: An iPod was reported stolen in the 900 block at 5 p.m. Sunday.

Catalina Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Flora Street at 2:28 p.m. Jan. 21.

Catalina Street: A Dana Point man was issued a citation for drug possession at Cress Street at 9:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Catalina Street: $25 in quarters were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1700 block at 11:12 a.m. Sunday.

Center Street: A GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle, and another vehicle was reported entered, in the 500 block at 7:18 p.m. Sunday.

Del Mar Avenue: A large portion of a roof was reported blown off a home at Flora Street at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 21.

Flamingo Road: Three Laguna Beach boys, ages 16, 17 and 19, were issued citations for having open containers of alcohol in a vehicle and released to their parents after being apprehended at Oriole Drive at 6:15 p.m. Saturday.

Flora Street: A backyard light was reported removed and feces put on a car door in the 300 block at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was held on a warrant from another jurisdiction after someone called police alleging he was trespassing in the 1800 block at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 5

Coast Highway: Police were called to a possible theft at a store in the 30000 block at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 22.

Coast Highway: A Seal Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication inside a market in the 30000 block at 10:54 p.m. Tuesday.

Cozumel Court: A PlayStation 3 and games, totaling $400, were reported stolen in the 100 block at 1:23 p.m. Jan. 20.

South La Senda Drive: A baby sea turtle was rescued in the 00 block at 10:54 a.m. Sunday.
