Area 1

Beverly Street: A credit card was reported used fraudulently to pay for Internet games in the 200 block at 12:55 p.m. Feb. 4.

Boat Canyon: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after police stopped him for swerving on the road at North Coast Highway at 9:59 p.m. Feb. 4.

Bonvue Terrace: A victim’s ID was reported used by someone to obtain medical treatment in the 400 block at 12:13 p.m. Feb. 4.

Chiquita Street: A man was accused of trying to cash a fraudulent check in the 200 block at 4:19 p.m. Monday.

Jasmine Street: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block at 10:47 p.m. Tuesday.

North Coast Highway: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 1300 block at 12:12 a.m. Monday.

North Coast Highway: Two people were transported to Mission Hospital Laguna Beach for treatment after a three-vehicle collision at Irvine Cove Drive at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday.

Viejo Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at North Coast Highway at 12:48 a.m. Feb. 5.

Area 2

El Toro Road: A four-vehicle collision with no injuries was reported at the 73 Toll Road interchange at 8:18 a.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A power pole was reported sheared off after a vehicle hit it, resulting in the closure of the canyon road at El Toro Road for five hours, in the 1900 block at 4:44 p.m. Feb. 4.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Santa Monica man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 600 block at 3:04 p.m. Monday.

Area 3

Alta Laguna Boulevard: A 12-year-old was given medical treatment after falling off a bicycle in the 3000 block at 4:48 p.m. Feb. 3.

Broadway: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 200 block at 1:33 a.m. Feb. 5.

Broadway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of drinking in public at the bus depot in the 300 block at 12:57 p.m. Saturday.

Forest Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after reportedly screaming at customers at a business complex in the 300 block at 7:39 p.m. Feb. 3.

Forest Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at a restaurant in the 200 block at 7:40 p.m. Sunday.

Glenneyre Street: Vehicle thefts were reported in the 400 block at 9:31 a.m. and 9:32 a.m. Monday.

Laguna Avenue: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway at 1:31 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway at 11:16 p.m. Saturday.

Park Avenue: Large boulders were reported blocking a lane in the 600 block at 10:26 a.m. Saturday.

St. Ann’s Drive: A homeless man was issued a citation for trespassing at a church in the 300 block at 4:51 a.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Highway: A woman received medical treatment after falling and hitting her head at a bar in the 600 block at 7:50 p.m. Feb. 5.

South Coast Highway: An Ohio woman was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at a hotel in the 400 block at 1:26 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A sick pelican was taken into custody in the 100 block of Main Beach at 2:12 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 600 block at 11:17 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a collision at Laguna Avenue at 2:36 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at a market in the 700 block at 3:50 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: A Sunnyvale man was arrested after refusing to leave a hotel in the 2500 block at 7:07 a.m. Tuesday.

Area 4

Calliope Street: Birds of paradise plants were reported vandalized, a $500 loss, in the 200 block at 9:02 a.m. Sunday.

Glenneyre Street: A homeless man was arrested after three people were reportedly asking people to buy beer for them at a market in the 800 block at 9:35 p.m. Monday.

Moss Street: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway at 2:46 a.m. Sunday.

Area 5

Coast Highway: A Sacramento woman was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after jumping into the back of a park ranger vehicle at Aliso Beach in the 30000 block at 7:28 a.m. Feb. 4.

Coast Highway: A 10-foot baby whale was reported coming ashore at Aliso Beach in the 31000 block at 1:02 p.m. Monday.

Driftwood Drive: Check fraud in the amount of $30,500 was reported in the 30000 block at 11:33 a.m. Feb. 4.

Highland Way: A Hawaiian man was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine and hypodermic needles in the 2700 block at 12:25 p.m. Feb. 5.

So. Stonington Road: Vandalism to a porch resulting in $500 in damages was reported in the 0 block at 11:59 a.m. Monday.

Third Avenue: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 12:32 a.m. Sunday.

Tyrol Drive: A DTS and iPod totaling $470 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 30000 block at 1:40 p.m. Sunday.

Victoria Drive: A sun roof was reported vandalized on a vehicle in the 2000 block at 8:51 a.m. Sunday.
