Worthy, Zoeller to appear at local store

Los Angeles Lakers fans will have their chance to meet arguably the team’s all-time great forward who is known as, “Big Game James,” Saturday in Costa Mesa.

James Worthy, a key member on the Lakers three championship teams (1985, ‘87, ‘88), will appear and sign autographs from 1-3 p.m. at Hi-Time Wine Cellars, 250 Ogle Street. Worthy, a 2003 Hall of Fame inductee, will be at the store to promote Jose Cuervo’s Special Edition Los Angeles Lakers 1800 silver tequila.

Fuzzy Zoeller, a 10-time PGA Tour winner and the 1981 Masters champion, will be at the Hi-Time store March 3, 4:45-5:30 p.m. He’ll be there to promote his new vodka, “Fuzzy’s.”
