Lee & Associates Promotes Two to Senior Vice President

Andrew Bermudez and Ryan Swanson of Lee & Associates – Irvine Inc. have been promoted from vice president to senior vice president. Both brokers specialize in the leasing and sale of office and commercial properties throughout Orange County.

With more than 10 years of real estate brokerage experience, Bermudez represents various multi-market firms across the country and has been recognized as a Top Broker by the South Coast Metro Alliance. He is a current candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Swanson joined the company in 2001, and has since been recognized as an Associate of the Year (2005) and one of the company’s youngest partners to be voted in as a shareholder. Since 2003, he has negotiated real estate transactions in excess of $250 million. Swanson is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association (AIREA).
