Seven Attorneys Join The Orange County Office Of Rutan & Tucker, LLP

Costa Mesa-based law firm Rutan & Tucker, LLP has announced the addition of first-year attorneys Ryan Chavez, Robert Dillaway, Megan Garibaldi, Joseph Naddour, Hanni Pichel, Tim Spivey, and Ajit Thind.

Chavez has joined the firm’s Corporate/Tax/Estate Planning Section. He received his law degree magna cum laude from Chapman University School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Chapman Law Review. He served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim Wardlaw of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University.

Dillaway has joined the firm’s Real Estate Section. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was the articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Peter Espinoza of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Garibaldi has joined the firm’s Corporate/Tax/Estate Planning Section. She received her law degree from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, where she was the senior editor of the Southern California Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree in Law and Society and Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Naddour has joined the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Section. He received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, King Hall. He served as a legal extern to the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford of the United States Bankruptcy Court and earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Pichel has joined the firm’s Trial Section. She received her law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, King Hall. Her experience includes interning with the California State Department of Conservation and assisting the Family Protection and Legal Assistance Law Clinic. She earned an undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton.

Spivey has joined the firm’s Trial Section. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He served as a legal intern at Taco Bell Corporation and as a research assistant with Professor Heather McCabe at Georgetown. He earned his undergraduate degree in History from Reed College in Portland, Oregon.

Thind has joined the firm’s Public Law Section. He received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he was a member of the staff of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He served as a legal extern to the Office of the City Attorney of Huntington Beach and worked with the South Asian Network, the Public Law Center and the Immigration Center for Women and Children. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
