Lana Newman Chandler

Lana Chandler passed peacefully on Saturday, March 27th,

2010. Born in Indiana January 29, 1952 to Bessie May and

Cyryl Newman, she moved to Newport Beach 30 years ago.

Formally married to Bruce Chandler, they are proud parents

of daughter Ashley.

In 2003, Lana started Lana Chandler Public Relations. She

excelled in helping local non-profits and businesses and was

personally involved in many local charities.

Lana will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Although Lana was a social columnist in Newport Beach, at

heart she was a mid western gal that was as comfortable in

her flip flops as she was in high heels.

A celebration of Lana’s life will be held at the home of the

Tutton Family on Friday April 2 from 2-6PM at 1601 Port

Stirling, Newport Beach. In lieu of flowers, please make
