CORONA DEL MAR — Clark Cashion went three for four with two runs batted in for the host Sea Kings in the quarterfinals of the Beach Pit Classic on Monday.

Parker Werline (two for four) had an RBI single to help CdM pull even at 2-2 in the fifth inning, but Canyon of Canyon Country scored three in the sixth to move to today’s 2 p.m. semifinal at Estancia.

CdM (7-9) plays host to Ventura in a fifth-place semifinal today at 2 p.m.

CdM committed seven errors.
