Soroptimist and Zontas’ LUNAFEST - Women’s Film Festival 2010

SUNDAY - April 18, 2010 at Bower Museum from 5 to 8 pm.

Be Prepared to Laugh... have fun, and enjoy ten women’s films - by women, for women (and men) and about women.

Soroptimist International of Newport Harbor Area and Zonta Club of Newport Harbor, both local women’s service clubs with over 150,000 members jointly world wide, have partnered to bring LUNAFEST to Orange County. The event will share wonderful and compelling women’s films while raising money for breast cancer (15% goes to Luna, the nutrition bar company who puts it straight to breast cancer causes) and to help women and girls locally and globally through each clubs’ projects (85% goes to club projects).

Please join us for tasty food at the reception from 5-6pm and the films from 6-7:30 pm with a wrap up and raffle winner announcements from 7:30-8pm.

You can buy tickets at the door, $35 each, three for $100, and there will be raffle and silent auction opportunities which include tickets to local sporting events, dinner, jewelry, beach and movie themed baskets and much, much more. Event sponsor, People’s Care, providing in home care and assistance for seniors, will be raffling off a Temecula limousine wine tour.
