The Housing & Human Services Committee will meet at 4 p.m. in the Community Center, 380 Third St.

The Planning Commission and Design Review Board will meet jointly regarding the Guide to Residential Development at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.

THURSDAY

The HIV Advisory Committee will meet at 4 p.m. in Conference Room A at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.
