ATLANTA — The Anteaters lost all five matches that were completed to fall in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Friday at Georgia Tech’s Bill Moore Tennis Center.

The No. 17-ranked Rebels (16-5) advanced to the second round, while UC Irvine (13-11) saw its season come to an end.

It was the second trip to the NCAA Tournament for the Anteaters, who earned the automatic berth by winning the Big West Conference Tournament.

Hannah Holladay won five of 17 games at No. 6 singles to represent the closest match that was completed for the Anteaters.
