Allview Terrace: Forty to 50 people were reported making a disturbance in the street, including one person passed out and one male in a Cinderella outfit in the 500 block at 10:07 p.m. Dec. 21.

Aster Street: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at North Coast Highway at 12:27 a.m. Monday.

Boat Canyon Drive: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at North Coast Highway at 11:23 p.m. Sunday.

Cedar Way: A Santa Ana man was arrested on drug warrants after three men were reported going through trash bins in the 300 block at 3:40 p.m. Dec. 21.

Cedar Way: A theft from a vehicle totaling $7 was reported in the 500 block at 10:38 a.m. Dec. 22.

Cliff Drive: A leaking 55-gallon drum was reported washed up on the beach in the 1000 block at 2:29 p.m. Dec. 22.

Cliff Drive: Tagging was reported inside a paint shed at the lawn bowling green in the 400 block at 4:10 p.m. Monday.

Cliff Drive: A 43-year-old man was taken to Mission Hospital Laguna Beach after suffering a possible heart attack at a restaurant in the 300 block at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday.

Eleanor Lane: A mudslide was reported in the 1600 block at 11:21 p.m. Dec. 21.

Myrtle Street: Two feet of water was reported in a wine cellar in the 300 block at 11:59 a.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A woman was reported trapped by rising water at a Mobil station in the 100 block at 3:39 a.m. Dec. 22.

North Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drug possession after a disturbance in the 400 block at 11:17 a.m. Dec. 23.

North Coast Highway: A front window of a hotel was reported shot with a BB gun, causing $1,500 in damage, at 12:11 p.m. Dec. 24.

North Coast Highway: Motor oil was reported intentionally poured in front of a store, causing someone to slip, at a coffee shop in the 100 block at 5:13 a.m. Monday.

Reef Point: A mudslide and rocks on the roadway were reported at Coast Highway at 11:49 p.m. Dec. 21.

Canyon Acres Drive: A flood control fence was reported collapsed in the 100 block at 3:49 a.m. Dec. 22.

Canyon Acres Drive: A bone was found and turned in to officials for investigation in the 100 block at 6:52 p.m. Sunday.

Castle Rock Road: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for public intoxication at Laguna Canyon Road at 12:05 p.m. Dec. 23.

Hidden Valley Canyon Road: Rescuers were called to help five to 10 people who were threatened by a flooding hillside at 3:15 a.m. in the 2000 block.

Hidden Valley Canyon Road: A street was flooded and people were reported yelling for help in the 2000 block at 3:26 a.m. Dec. 22.

Hidden Valley Canyon Road: An evacuation of all residences was ordered at 1:44 p.m. Dec. 22.

Laguna Canyon Road: A nine-foot retaining wall collapsed in the 20000 block at 2:18 a.m. Dec. 22.

Laguna Canyon Road: A man was reported yelling for help in the 20000 block at 3:21 a.m. Dec. 22.

Laguna Canyon Road: A man and woman were reported trapped after water and mud entered their home in the 2600 block at 3:28 a.m. Dec. 22.

Laguna Canyon Road: Three small children were reported in need of rescue after a home was flooded with five feet of water in the 20300 block at 3:53 a.m. Dec. 22.

Laguna Canyon Road: Seven people were reported in need of rescue on the second floor of a home in the 2000 block at 4:29 a.m. Dec. 22.

Laguna Canyon Road: Six people were evacuated from a home in the 2000 block at 4:32 a.m. Dec. 22.

Stan Oaks: A resident reported a hillside coming down but city inspectors determined there was no imminent threat in the 20000 block at 9:12 a.m. Monday.

Sun Valley Drive: Mud was reported entering a home in the 20000 block and the residents called for a rescue at 3:15 a.m. Dec. 22.

Sun Valley Drive: Rescuers were called to assist residents after mud entered a home in the 20000 block at 3:22 a.m. Dec. 22.

Sun Valley Drive: A woman and two children were waiting for rescue on top of a truck with water rising in the 20000 block at 3:48 a.m. Dec. 22.

Broadway: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drug possession at the bus depot in the 300 block at 12:26 p.m. Dec. 23.

Browncroft Road: A home was reported burgled through an open window in the 700 block at 10:28 a.m. Sunday.

Donna Drive: A trash truck was reported stuck in the mud in the 2000 block and a backhoe was on the scene at 11:19 a.m. Dec. 22.

Griffith Way: Water and mud were reported flooding the bottom floor of a home in the 600 block at 3:50 a.m. Dec. 22.

Morningside Drive: Reindeer figures were reported knocked over twice in the 1300 block at 7:17 a.m. Dec. 23.

Park Avenue: Five juveniles and an adult were reported riding boogie boards on the high school football field in the 600 block at 4:03 p.m. Dec. 21.

St. Ann’s Drive: Rescuers were called after mud and water entered a vehicle in the 600 block at 3:42 a.m. Dec. 22.

Skyline Drive: A backyard was reported sliding in the 1500 block at 7:54 a.m. Dec. 22.

Skyline Drive: A resident reported being struck on the hand by a rock thrown by a neighbor upset over a barking dog in the 1500 block at 2:44 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: A $700 phone was reported stolen from a restaurant in the 300 block at 7:12 p.m. Dec. 21.

South Coast Highway: Four to five feet of water was reported at a movie theater in the 100 block at 10:08 a.m. Dec. 22.

South Coast Highway: A mini mudslide was reported in the 700 block at 1:24 p.m. Dec. 23.

Summit Drive: A mudslide and large rocks were reported in the street in the 900 block at 4:22 a.m. Dec. 22.

Thalia Street: Lifeguards were called to rescue a man who had a seizure while in the water off of the beach in the 100 block at 11:03 a.m. Dec. 21.

Thalia Street: A traffic fatality was reported at South Coast Highway at 6:38 a.m. Dec. 22

Zell Drive: Water, mud, limbs and debris were reported in a home and the homeowner was told to call back if it worsened in the 2800 block at 8:04 a.m. Dec. 22.

Brooks Street: A windshield was reported broken by vandalism in the 400 block at 2:24 p.m. Saturday.

Calliope Street: A battery was reported at Glenneyre Street at 10:54 p.m. Monday.

Dunning Drive: A hillside was reported to be slipping but city inspectors determined there was no danger in the 1200 block at 10:32 a.m. Monday.

Solana Way: A Huntington Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic collision at South Coast Highway at 9:18 p.m. Dec. 23.

South Coast Highway: A foot of water was reported in a spa business in the 1000 block at 5:55 a.m. Dec. 22.

South Coast Highway: A woman pedestrian was taken to Mission Hospital Mission Viejo after being struck by a vehicle in the 1400 block at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday.

2nd Avenue: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 1:23 a.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: A Long Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 30000 block at 7:58 p.m. Dec. 23.

Coast Highway: A Riverside man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Vista del Sol at 1:22 a.m. Dec. 24.

Coast Highway: A battery was reported at a hospital in the 30000 block at 10:05 p.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: Surfers were reported in the water despite closure of the beaches due to sewage contamination at Aliso Beach in the 30000 block at 10:27 a.m. Tuesday.

West Street: A Westminster woman was arrested on drug charges after a vehicle struck a pedestrian at Coast Highway at 10:16 a.m. Monday.
